Welcome to Djamgatech ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what we do and do not collect when you use the Djamgatech and Djamgatech PRO mobile apps, and our website at djamgatech.web.app.

1. We Do Not Track You

The Djamgatech and Djamgatech PRO mobile apps do not track you. Specifically:

• We do not access the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or any equivalent device advertising ID.
• We do not display advertising, and we include no advertising SDKs.
• We do not link any information from the apps with data from third parties for advertising or advertising measurement.
• We do not share your information with data brokers.

Because the apps do not track you as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency policy, they do not present a tracking permission prompt. There is nothing to consent to.

2. Information We Collect

The apps are a study tool. They work without an account, and we ask for as little as possible:

• No account is required. We do not ask for your name, email address or password to use the apps.
• Quiz progress is stored on your device. Your answers, scores and preferences are kept in local storage on your own device and are not transmitted to us.
• Study reminders are local. If you enable reminders, they are scheduled by your device. We do not operate a notification server and receive no information about them.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary web request information, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. These logs are not used to build a profile of you or for advertising.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above only to operate and secure the service — to deliver the pages and quizzes you request, and to detect abuse. We do not use it to profile you or to target advertising.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. Information may be disclosed only:

• To infrastructure providers who host the service on our behalf (for example, Google Firebase Hosting).
• To legal authorities where we are required by law to do so.
• To a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Restrict or object to data processing
